Elections brought about some small changes on US Adult Soccer's board. Arthur Mattson was elected vice president and retained his position as a representative on US Soccer's board of directors. Replacing Arthur in the open at-large member was current cups commissioner and former president of Eastern Pennsylvania, Werner Fricker, Jr.
